Choose a chair or something similar that can support your weight.

Place hands on the edge, shoulder width apart. Arms extended, walk body out until torso is 10cm in front of furniture, knees bent at a 90-degree angle, feet flat on floor. Lower until elbows make a 90-degree angle

(or as far as you can go). Next, press down into furniture and extend elbows to return to start. Repeat.
