3 STEP-UPS WITH BICEP CURLS

Stand with weights in hands, arms at sides. Step onto a step or stool with one foot and shift weight to that leg as you rise, bringing trail leg up to meet it. Simultaneo­usly curl dumbbells towards shoulders. Stand and relax. Next, lower trail leg to the floor, then lead leg, while slowly lowering dumbbells. Repeat with opposite leg and continue alternatin­g.
