That could mean taking a Zumba class, signing up for a personal training session or simply connecting with a workout buddy who will help plan regular walks or biking sessions. You also may be more inclined to try a little harder in a class rather than following a DVD/app in your living room.
If you’re going for a group class, try observing first to find one that feels comfortable – not out of your league.
