SPICY MANGO CITRUS SLAW

PREP TIME: 10 MINS SERVES 4 (AS A SIDE)

1/2 daikon (Asian white radish), peeled, cut into matchstick­s

½ small (300g) white cabbage,

finely shredded

1 red capsicum, cut into

matchstick­s 1 mango, peeled, flesh removed,

chopped

1 green chilli, deseeded if you

like, sliced

1/2 small bunch coriander, leaves

roughly chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 Combine the daikon, cabbage, capsicum and mango in a large bowl. Add the chilli and coriander. Toss to combine.

2 Pour the lime juice over the salad and toss to coat. Serve.
