CREAMY COLESLAW
PREP TIME: 20 MINS SERVES 4 (AS A SIDE) 1/2 small (300g) white cabbage,
finely shredded
2 carrots, grated
4 green shallots, diagonally sliced 2 Tbsp sultanas
3 Tbsp 97% fat-free mayonnaise
or gluten-free mayonnaise 1 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
or gluten-free mustard
Freshly ground black pepper
1 Put the cabbage, carrot, shallot and sultanas in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
2 Combine the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Season with pepper. Add the dressing to the salad. Toss to coat. ➤
