COCONUT AND BERRY BIRCHER
Mix 45g (1/2 cup) rolled oats with 130g (1/2 cup) low-fat Greek-style natural yoghurt, 125ml
(1/2 cup) So Good unsweetened almond coconut milk and 2 tsp honey in a container. Cover and put in the fridge overnight to soak. Serve each portion topped with 1 cup mixed berries. Serves 2.
