APPLE CRUMBLE ENERGY BALLS
Pack a winter warmer into bite-sized pieces!
PREP TIME: 10 MINS (+ CHILLING) MAKES 10 (1 PER SERVE; AS A SNACK)
50g (about 3) dried pitted dates 55g (1/2 cup) almond meal
2 Tbsp almond spread
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus
extra for dusting
30g dried apple slices
50g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
1/2 apple, unpeeled
1 Place pitted dates, almond meal, almond spread, cinnamon, dried apple and 30g rolled oats in the bowl of a small food processor. Process until mixture begins to clump together. Grate in apple and add remaining oats. Pulse until combined.
2 Roll into 10 balls and dust with a little more cinnamon.
Put in fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. Serve.

Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
