WHAT YOU’LL NEED
This workout is designed to use resistance bands that are about 1.5m in length. We like the TheraBand multi-band pack (from $21, opchealth.com.au). TheraBands come in different resistance levels: yellow is equal to 1.4kg; red 1.7kg; and green 2kg. We suggest beginning with yellow or red. You’ll also need a sturdy chair and a clock or timer to track each 15-second interval. You can also buy resistance, stretch or latex bands from sporting stores (such as Rebel Sport) or department stores (such as Kmart).
