CINNAMON GRAPEFRUIT
Cut a grapefruit in half. Use a small sharp knife to cut around the outside of the grapefruit and in between the segments, without cutting all the way through. Combine 1 tsp raw sugar and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top of the grapefruit halves. Set aside for 15 minutes. Dollop each half with 1 Tbsp Greekstyle natural yoghurt. Serves 2.
