TOMATO, SPINACH, MUSHROOM AND PESTO WRAPS

Spread 1 piece of Mountain bread with 1/ tsp bought pesto combined with 1 Tbsp low-fat Greek-style natural yoghurt. Top with a handful of baby spinach leaves, 3 sliced button mushrooms and 1 small sliced tomato. Roll up and cut in half.
