Ladies and gentlemen – start your engines! 60ml stout or dark beer 30ml coffee liqueur

Champagne, to top up

Combine the stout and liqueur in a Champagne flute, then slowly add the Champagne by pouring it carefully over the back of a teaspoon. Serve immediately. SERVES 1
