Coriander, Mint and Yoghurt Relish (gf) (v)

½ cup each coriander and mint leaves, roughly chopped

½ cup thick plain yoghurt 2 tablespoon­s rice bran oil finely grated zest 1 lime

MAKES ABOUT 1 CUP

1 tablespoon lime juice 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 long green chilli, chopped ½ teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon sea salt

Place all the ingredient­s in a food processor and process until smooth.
