He also has a background in food styling, and used all of his skills to help bring chef Duncan Welgemoed’s first cookbook, Africola to life. “I relished the opportunity to savour his food and spend time with the fun Africola team when making the book, while I was back visiting my hometown of Adelaide,” says Bajada.
