Hospitality Honours

In November Gourmet Traveller hosted a special lunch to toast our Celebration Special at the newly opened Nomad in Surry Hills. With support from PorkStar, the day marked the return of events for GT, while celebrating the outstanding efforts of the industry throughout 2020. Chefs including Jacqui Challinor (Nomad), Paul Baker (Chefs on Wheels) and Neil Perry (Hope Delivery) shared their experiences from this year, among a room of industry peers. The event also marked the announcement of the return of Gourmet Traveller’s Restaurant Awards in 2021.
