Miss Wednesday with a twist

This rose-hued highball is our twist on one of Saké Bar’s staples, Miss Wednesday; a floral and sophistica­ted ode to shochu.

In a cocktail shaker, combine

45ml of shochu with 15ml of rose liqueur and 30ml of fresh lime juice. Add a dash of vanilla syrup and two lychees; shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice, top with soda and garnish with lime wedges and lychees.
