To prevent the wrappers from drying out while you’re making the gyoza, cover them with a damp tea towel so they’re easier to fill and fold. Gyoza are a quick and easy mid-week dinner; simply make a big batch on the weekend and freeze in an airtight container between layers of baking paper, then use as required. Gyoza will store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
