A 70/30% blend, hand-picked, wild yeast-open fermented, pressed to new French oak for 18 months. Silver medal Limestone Coast Wine Show ’18. With great respect to the judges at the show, this is clearly better than its gold medal-winning sibling. It is tighter and fresher, the flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry with ripe tannins in support, underlining the fruit. 13.6% alc.
