Grown on a single hectare of the estate, 15 months in French hogsheads (30% new). A richer style than its siblings with liquorice, tobacco and sweet spice notes adding complexity to the ripe fruit characters. There’s density and depth to the flavours here and a glycerous quality about the mouthfeel. Will age very well. SC 13.5% alc.
