The Soul Growers flagship wines come in small parcels of 100 dozen bottles, the vinification nearly identical, the price ($150) identical. Whole-berry fermentation at 22–25°C with specific cultured yeast, 10 days on skins, 21 months in French oak (50% new). It is full-bodied and intense but the wine flows easily along the palate with notes of red cherry and plum lurking in the depths below black fruits. 14.5% alc.
