It’s rich and ripe but it has personality too. It’s a meaty, nutty shiraz with a solid core of fruit: asphalt, jellied black cherry and red liquorice. Tannin comes sparked with spice. It’s been ripened to within an inch of its life, but it still manages to come through with flying colours. CM 14.5% alc.
