The Cellar by Gilbert

After six generations of winemaking in Australia, the Gilbert family first opened The Cellar by Gilbert in 2016. Located on the edge of town in Mudgee, the stunning sandstone building foregoes the traditional cellar door model by offering guests the chance to enjoy award-winning wines and locally-grown food in a relaxed, wine bar-like environment. Winemakers and owners Simon and Will Gilbert are also often found splashing wine into glasses if they aren’t busy making wine.
