What have you learned the hard way when it comes to cellaring?
When buying quality wines from great vintages, it’s great to be able to buy several bottles to taste at different stages of the wine’s life over many years. Importantly though, you don’t want to keep wine beyond its years, or if there is “more runway behind you than in front”, so pick an occasion and good friends, and start enjoying these preciously cellared wines.
