Cellaring is an art in itself, knowing whether to enjoy now or reward with long-term patience in the cellar. The Art Series represents the most opulent and ageworthy wines from each Leeuwin Estate vintage, and longevity in the cellar is earmarked by the quality and strength of the fruit. Cellaring conditions are critical, focusing on eliminating light/ UV, maintaining a constant cellaring temperature of 15 degrees and minimising any humidity.
