Aromas of crisp green apple and slatey minerality combine with touches of honey and straw on the bouquet, precursors of things to come. In the mouth, it’s quite full and textural as young riesling goes, the fresh sweet-fruited flavours building in layers as it moves along the palate. That slatey minerality of the bouquet is reprised on the finish, which is taut and long. SC 11.9% alc.
