Taking just the finest freerun juice at 440 litres/tonne, the resulting wine has precision and poise that ensures it will mature well for decades to come. Bottle matured for 12 months, the 2019 Cirrus is released August 1, and available from the website, with pre-release orders encouraged – it sells out very quickly.
