We make this style of semillon with a generosity of fruit and a softness that comes from subtle French oak and ageing on lees. Flavours of lemon curd, green apple and grapefruit make this semillon a perfect match to any dinner table. Risottos, roast chicken or rich seafood dishes all pair beautifull­y. It does not need to be laid down as long as old-school semillons – it is ready to drink now.
