Fermented wild with an extended period on skins to confer structure, while leaching aromas of golden apple, quince, green almonds and fennel scents. This is a delicious wine. Hard to spit. Despite its inherent nobility as one of the top few Italian white grape varieties, its stretch in Australia is forlorn. This changes the paradigm. NG 13% alc.
