Pinot beurot is a Burgundian pseudonym for pinot gris, which is believed to be a mutation of the pinot noir grape. King Valley growers Marco and Gina Martinelli had planted the 452 clone, and in 2019, we were inspired to make this wine in the Burgundian style using traditiona­l wild fermentati­on on full solids in barrel.
