What do you believe makes this style of wine so enticing?
The C1 Chardonnay fruit comes from two sites in the Adelaide Hills – the colder Kenton Valley site adds precision; the warmer Echunga site adds flesh and richness. Full solids barrel ferment adds creaminess and approachability. It would go magnificently with pan-fried scallops.
