Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, wild-fermented and matured in French oak (30% new) for 10 months. An elegant chardonnay, well balanced and long in true Yarra Valley style. While there is an element of restraint, white peach, nectarine and grapefruit are seamlessly united and incorporate cashew/toasted almond complexity. 12.5% alc.
