What do you believe makes this style of wine so enticing?
The 2018 Limited Release Chardonnay is a really interesting, complex wine, with layers of flint and pith, citrus and yellow fruit. Combining power and lift, it’s super-flavoursome and moreish, which makes you want to have another taste. Our favourite dish to pair this with at the Millbrook Restaurant is garden greens and ricotta agnolotti with fresh pesto.
