What do you believe makes this style of wine so enticing?
Langbrook Estate is an exceptional vineyard. Located high up in the hills near Yarra Junction, its elevation and aspect makes this one of the cooler sites in the Yarra Valley. Vintage 2018 was virtually perfect and so this wine was made using traditional wild fermentation on full solids in a mix of mostly old and some new French oak barrels.
