We really love the balance and poise on this chardonnay. It’s richly fruited and seamlessly stitched together with beautiful cool-climate acidity. Brilliant in the warmer months paired with firmer fish such as blue eye, hapuka and flathead (on the barbecue, of course), it’s also great in the cooler months alongside braised chicken thighs with prunes and capers.
