What do you believe makes this style of wine so enticing?
The forest grove soils, perfect ripening conditions, the unique balance of Gingin and Dijon clones, together with the best French oak produce the peach, apple and mineral flavours together with brioche and nougat textural notes. The palate is both light and concentrated, with great persistence of flavour. The wine is enticing all year round (not served too cold) and ideal with seafood and Mediterranean-style dishes. We also enjoy it with cheese, particularly French Comte.
