This producer’s highest quality Adelaide Hills fruit, bunch-sorted, naturally open-fermented, matured in seasoned first-use French barriques, and finally a barrel selection of the best. It’s an impressive wine. Powerful varietal aromas and intensely cedary oak on the bouquet, and a silky, supple palate with depth and length of flavour. Should age very well, too. 13.5% alc.
