From 80yo vines in Leasingham, wild-fermented and aged in used French hogsheads for 5 months. It has all the charm of the variety with its raspberry and spiced cherry flavours with flecks of fresh herbs too. Thankfully, it has a lovely savoury aspect and dryness as opposed to lots of sweet flavour. Lighter framed, sandy tannins and drinkability stamped all over. 14% alc.
