What can you tell us about this wine?

This wine is named in honour of Henry Malpas, Willunga’s first Postmaster, and the first to sign title to what is now the Fox Creek property. A blend of grenache, shiraz and mourvedre, the Postmaster GSM undergoes sympathetic oak maturation to deliver a luscious, elegant, midweight wine of ripe cherry and red fruits with elegant silky tannins.
