This limited release classic blend of 67 per cent shiraz and 33 per cent cabernet sauvignon comes from fifth-generation Langhorne Creek grapegrower Joe Borrett. Fermented in old concrete fermenters and aged for 18 months in French oak, it’s rich and full-bodied with silky tannins and great length.
