Commemorating pioneer oenologist Sydney Hamilton’s ambition to produce an outstanding red wine, hand-crop manipulated fruit was selected from Leconfield’s vineyards. Vat fermentation and maturation in new French oak provide complexity to this classically structured, elegant, ageworthy cabernet sauvignon.
