What do you love most about this style of wine?
We think cabernet sauvignon from WA is king. The Collector Cabernet is all about showing off that immense power this variety displays, yet it retains all the grace and elegance we have become accustomed to seeing from Mount Barker fruit and the finesse of tannins.
