This Reserve Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted using hand-selected parcels of fruit grown in the subregion of Wilyabrup. The grapes were picked at a perfect tannin ripeness, fermented and aged for a period of 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine displays excellent varietal characters with intense blackcurra­nt and hints of regional bay leaf. This rich and powerful palate combines with finely structured tannins to provide a textured and silky finish.
