How do you best describe this wine?
This Reserve Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted using hand-selected parcels of fruit grown in the subregion of Wilyabrup. The grapes were picked at a perfect tannin ripeness, fermented and aged for a period of 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine displays excellent varietal characters with intense blackcurrant and hints of regional bay leaf. This rich and powerful palate combines with finely structured tannins to provide a textured and silky finish.
