What do you love most about this style of wine?
Coonawarra cabernets come out with a stamp on them. You can pick a Coonawarra cab at 50 paces and I love this unique sense of identity. I also love their incredible longevity, and am constantly amazed by the youthful appearance that belies their time in bottle.
