What makes this style of wine so special for you?
Pirramimma pioneered Australia’s first straight varietal petit verdot, which has been a great export success. After years of bench blending, we always thought the sweeter, richer shiraz middle would complement the perfume and tannin structure of the petit verdot, thus multi-layering flavours and palate.
