How do you sum your stylistic approach?
For all the talk about making leaner styles in the Barossa, the region actually doesn’t lend itself to this. Making balanced, elegant, complex, rich and rewarding styles is the sweet spot. I think that’s what we’re able to do with the fruit from these vineyards.
