The grapes were grown by Angelo de Fazio at his Nitschke Road Vineyard, the wine matured in French oak (50% new) for 22 months. Deep and so intense crimson-purple it stains the glass as its swirled. It is voluptuously and very full-bodied, the tannins submerged as is the oak. 66 dozen. 14.5% alc.
