How do you explain your winemaking approach?
The winemaking style at Massena is minimal intervention, using wild yeasts, barrel ageing on lees in seasoned oak and bottling without fining or filtration. We also harvest a bit earlier than most, giving it a more complex, refined style of Barossa Shiraz.
