How do you approach the production of this wine?

Our Reserve Shiraz combines parcels of fruit from small, select vineyards in McLaren Vale, fermented and matured separately and then blended carefully from individual barrels. This blending process (or elevage) is the highest skill of winemaking and results in beautiful and unique wines.
