To qualify for inclusion in this wine all vines must be 50+yo and managed sustainably. This comes from three vineyards, two 60+yo, the third 80+yo, so there’s no issue on that score. The palate of the wine tells you the vines are in good health. The tannins are polished and fine, the fruits sombre but composed, the balance good. 14.5% alc.
