Expect balm and blossom aromas, yet quite a fruity palate at first with white peach, lemon juice and zest. Softish acidity, but enough to guide the gentle sweetness on the finish. A lovely drink. JF 11.6% alc.

What makes this wine ideal for right now?

Our riesling abounds with lemon and lime, one of the most attractive elements being the balance between acidity and sweetness. It’s perfect for a hot summer’s day, accompanying classic Aussie desserts such as pavlova with kiwi fruit. It also pairs admirably with Asian cuisine – a mild laksa being my favourite accompaniment.
