With 5% viognier. Hand picked, co-fermented for 8 days in small, open-top fermenters with medium toasted French and American oak staves and natural mlf. Brilliant deep purple colour and lifted, floral aromatics on the bouquet – viognier’s work to be sure – in this attractive, medium-bodied shiraz. Satiny black cherry and berry fruits on the palate nicely complemented by lifted spice, chocolate and toasty oak. Even-handed ripe cherry tannins complete a very enjoyable picture. JP 14% alc.

What makes this wine ideal for right now?

Everything you would expect from a coolclimate shiraz. I particularly enjoy this wine with a hearty scotch fillet, yet it’s restrained enough to be enjoyed on its own. Handpicked, minimal intervention, vegan friendly and exceptional value for money!
